Vier Jahre Politischer Mord by Emil Julius Gumbel

"Vier Jahre Politischer Mord" by Emil Julius Gumbel is a documentary work published in 1922. It meticulously catalogs political murders committed by right-wing and left-wing perpetrators in Germany between 1918 and 1922, revealing a stark disparity in how justice was administered. Gumbel's statistical analysis exposed that leftist killers faced severe punishment while right-wing murderers often received leniency or went unpunished entirely. Despite being sent to all relevant justice authorities, the book prompted
no criminal investigations, though its documented evidence remained unrefuted and eventually sparked official government inquiries. (This is an automatically generated summary.)
